Position

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be a key role in the commercial and operational coordination of the area.

 

Your main responsibilities:

Trade

  • Support Account managers with customers’ commercial agreement implementation
  • Monitor that trade and marketing activities happen as planned, in the most efficient way for the business growth and profitability
  • Follow carefully investment is kept in the limits agreed and is used as efficiently as possible
  • Identify areas of improvement or savings and suggest solutions
  • Communicate issues and dysfunctions as soon as possible, and collaborate to its resolution

Category management

  • Analyse and share insights on the market trends and evolution
  • Monitor market data, company’s results as well as competitors’ and keep the team informed
  • Elaborate strategy recommendation based on market and sales data analysis
  • Compile customers’ strategy information (conference, online, reports…) to reinforce sales proposals
  • Provide presentation on relevant information for internal and external meetings

Demand Planning

  • Use EPOS and others available data to give sales forecast per SKU’s each month (STD & promotion) to St Michel Forecast Team
  • Monthly Analyse with the KAM the evolution of the sales and update the tools accordingly (forecasts)
  • Plan monthly meetings with the St Michel supply and forecast teams to follow and improve the level of service to our customers and limit the stock wastage
  • Be vigilant and communicate internally about any changes in the sales, distribution, market

General Improvement

  • Identify areas of improvement or savings and make suggestions to resolve it
  • Communicate issues and dysfunctions as soon as possible, and collaborate to its resolution
  • Basis on relevant information for meetings

 

The position is UK based with an office Hammersmith (West London) and is too be filled as soon as possible.

Travelling within the UK area is to be expected. Driving license required.

Profile

You have a higher education qualification in business, with a minimum of 3 years’ significant experience in a retail-related position (head office and/or field). A very good knowledge of the UK market is essential.

You are recognised for your organisational and interpersonal skills, your ability to convince and your proactivity. You are familiar with Microsoft Pack Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
